Proposal Training

I can train your proposal teams to write winning proposals. Training includes best practices, industry-specific win tools, interactive discussions, and a plan to implement learnings.

Each session is tailored to your industry, company, team, and goals. Training can be delivered online or in person.

Having a non-existent or bad RFX process is a nightmare. I can set up an RFX process that includes pre-proposal capture all the way to RFX deal close. This includes process charts, roles and responsibilities, team training, and reusable matrixes for your teams to continually use and update.

Bid Library Creation

If you don’t have a proposal library for content reuse, if it is outdated, and needs AI automation - we can build it for you. The output is an updated content library of high-quality content and a content calendar to ensure your content stays current and is reviewed by the right roles and subject matter experts in your company.

If needed, we can update your content library on a rolling basis.

We can also set it up with AI libraries for efficient updates and high-quality writing.
